Both my mother and my girlfriend have oddly committed relationships with their birds (a blue fronted Amazon and a cockatiel, respectively). The birds care only for their respective owners and will fear/scorn/bite anyone else, no matter how nice.
But they will poop on their owners heads while the owner drives through a red light because said owner is too busy rocking out to the last Britney Spears song.
I want to have one.
